Our floors
What we check in the base before pouring
Most polymer floor defects — delamination, bubbles, cracks — are caused not by the material but by the base. That is why we inspect the concrete before starting work:
- Strength. A weak top layer of concrete (cement laitance) will not carry the load together with the coating, so we remove it by grinding or milling.
- Moisture. Polymer peels off damp concrete. We measure the moisture of the base and, if necessary, offer a moisture-tolerant primer or wait for it to dry.
- Flatness and cracks. We level out height differences and repair cracks and chips before pouring — otherwise they will show on the floor surface.
- Expansion joints. We keep and finish the joints so the coating does not tear when the slab moves.
How we hand over the floor
- We check the coating thickness and surface flatness over the entire area.
- We inspect the floor for bubbles, craters, missed spots and colour variation.
- We provide care recommendations and commissioning times: when you can walk on it and when vehicles can be let in.
