How we carry out fire protection: from site survey to handover
DARXON-QURUVCHI-SERVICE is a full-cycle contractor. We are responsible for the result: the coating must be applied to the design, reach the required thickness and pass acceptance.
- Site visit and survey. A specialist visits the site and assesses the structures, access and working height. We travel to any city in Uzbekistan.
- Calculation. We calculate the volume of materials and work for the required fire resistance rating. If there is no fire protection design yet, we will help prepare it.
- Surface preparation. Abrasive blasting with our own units, roughness control, priming.
- Application. Our own crews work with Graco, Wagner and Wiwa airless spray units. For work at height we use our own JLG lifts and a Merlo telehandler.
- Thickness control. We check the wet film with an Elcometer comb gauge during application and the dry film with DeFelsko PosiTector 6000 electronic gauges. Measurement results are recorded for acceptance.
- Handover. We hand over as-built documentation for project acceptance and the supervisory authorities.
