✔ Maximum removal of rust, mill scale, and old coatings
✔ Creation of an ideal roughness profile (Rz) to improve paint adhesion
✔ Increases the service life of coatings by 2-3 times
✔ The most cost-effective method for preparing large areas
1. Metal shot and grit (cast iron, steel)
Description: Spherical (shot) and sharp-angled (grit) particles.
Advantages: High density and strength, reusability (in recirculation systems), effective removal of scale and tough deposits. Creates a balanced surface profile.
Application: Ideal for cleaning large metal structures in confined spaces or using shot blasting systems with recuperation.
2. Nickel-plated slag (copper slag)
Description: Granulated slag, a by-product of metallurgical production.
Advantages: High abrasive capacity at a relatively low cost. Sharp granules effectively remove old coatings and rust. Generates less dust than quartz sand.
Application: One of the most popular materials for removing tough old coatings and rust from metal structures prior to fireproofing applications.
3. Fused corundum (Aluminum Oxide)
Description: A synthetic mineral with high hardness and sharpness.
Advantages: Rapid and highly effective cleaning, long service life (can be reused), produces a uniform and high-quality surface profile. Its silica-free composition ensures operator safety.
Application: Used for critical applications requiring impeccable surface preparation, as well as for cleaning challenging or hard surfaces.
4. Plastic granules
Description: Polymer-based abrasive (melamine, urea).
Advantages: Gentle yet effective cleaning action that preserves the underlying metal. Effectively removes paint, varnish, and contaminants without altering the surface geometry. Dust-free and non-toxic.
Application: For delicate cleaning of structures where preserving the base material is important, as well as for operations in dust-sensitive environments
5. Quartz sand
Description: Natural mineral abrasive.
Important note: Due to its high content of crystalline silicon dioxide, which causes the dangerous disease silicosis, we do not use quartz sand for open blast cleaning and are strictly limited by sanitary regulations. We use modern and safe alternatives.

We use professional equipment:
✅ We operate throughout Uzbekistan (Tashkent, Samarkand, Nukus, etc.)
✅ Two workstations per compressor mean less waiting and more productivity.
✅ We precisely control abrasive consumption.
✅ We guarantee quality according to GOST and ISO standards
